The Dublin Senior Center is excited to introduce a new Wellness Workshop Series with Katie from The Well Studio, beginning Tuesday, January 27 at 12:00 p.m. in the Fitness Room.
The first workshop will focus on common foot, ankle, and knee pain, along with a hands-on “how-to” for using gym equipment safely and effectively. This in-depth session is perfect for anyone looking to improve balance, joint health, and overall movement in a supportive, senior-friendly environment.
