Recreation Swimming to Begin Saturday, October 4, at The Wave

While the summer season is over, there's still plenty of swimming opportunities available at The Wave. Recreation swimming is for all ages and is the ideal time for youth and families to come and enjoy our fantastic facility and all that it has to offer.  Recreation swimming will take place in The Wave natatorium (indoor pool) on Saturdays and Sundays, from Saturday, October 4, 2025, to Sunday, April 26, 2026. 

  • All spectators must pay an admissions fee to enter the facility
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied inside the facility at all times by a paying adult at least 18 years of age
  • No outside food or drinks allowed inside the facility, with the only exception being water
  • Bags will be checked at the door upon entry and re-entry
  • No glass, coolers, chairs or tables allowed
  • No floatation devices allowed, with the only exception being a Coast Guard Approved lifejacket.  

Recreation swimming will not take place on October 25; December 20, 21, 27 & 28, 2025; February 7, 2026; and March 14 & 15, 2026.

Admission is $6.00 for residents and $8.00 for non-residents; under two years old, $3 for residents and $4 for non-residents (pay upon entry).  Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
