[ARCHIVED] Dublin Police Invite Residents to Participate in "National Night Out" on Tuesday, August 6

Dublin Police Services invite residents to participate in the 2024 National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Register now to host an event at your home or in your neighborhood. This annual event is designed to promote civic pride and unity among neighbors who share an anti-drug and anti-crime stance.  The deadline to register your party is Friday, July 19, at 5:00 p.m.

National Night Out was introduced by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) in 1984 as a way to gain greater crime prevention involvement throughout neighborhoods across the country.  Leaving one's porch light on turned into neighborhood cookouts, parades, ice cream socials, civic service projects, and more.  Today, National Night Out is a country-wide event, involving millions of people in communities across the United States, territories, and military bases.

Members of Dublin Police, Alameda County Fire, Dublin Area CHP, and City of Dublin officials look forward to mingling with Dublin community members at events throughout the city.

Register your party here.
