[ARCHIVED] Enjoy Spooky Fun at "Ghosts of Dublin"

Prepare yourself for a chilling night of spooky fun at "Ghosts of Dublin," Friday and Saturday, October 25 and 26, at Dublin Heritage Park & Museums (6600 Donlon Way).  Tours depart every half-hour from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.  Tickets are $14 per person.

The tour starts in Old St. Raymond Church with a brief talk and slideshow about the history of Halloween images like black cats, jack-o'-lanterns, witches, and ghosts. Then grab a flashlight (provided) to experience the scarier side of Heritage Park.  After a walk through Dublin’s historic Pioneer Cemetery, you'll tour the darkened Kolb House and creaky 163-year-old Murray Schoolhouse.  Return to the Sunday School Barn for old-fashioned Halloween fun with live ragtime piano, cider and donuts, a photo op, and a vintage fortune teller game.

First tour departs at 7:30 p.m., and the last tour departs at 10:30 p.m.  Tours departing at 10:00 p.m. or later are reserved for ages 14 and up.
