[ARCHIVED] City of Dublin to Host Job Fair for Positions at "The Wave," Opening Soon at Emerald Glen Park

The Wave, a new state-of-the-art recreation and aquatic complex, will open in the spring at Emerald Glen Park.  Looking to fill over 100 part-time positions, the City will host a job fair on Saturday, January 28, 2:00-5:00 p.m., at Dublin's Senior Center (7600 Amador Valley Boulevard).

Positions available at The Wave include lifeguard, swimming instructor, cashier, and facility attendant.  Starting pay is $10 to $12 per hour, depending on position, and may be increased based on experience.  Training and certification will be provided for those without prior experience.

Interviews will be conducted at the Job Fair for qualified candidates who completed the online application, located at, prior to January 13. Depending on availability, applications may be reviewed and interviews held on-site for qualified candidates who apply while attending the Job Fair.  Interested applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and dress in professional attire.
