[ARCHIVED] Dublin Police to Host a Drug Take-Back, Document Shredding, and E-Waste Collection Event

On Saturday, October 18, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Dublin Police Services will host a drug take-back, document shredding, and e-waste collection event at the Dublin Civic Center (100 Civic Plaza).

Bring your expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs for destruction at this free and anonymous collection event. Dublin Police Officers will collect tablets, capsules, pills, and all other solid dosage forms of prescription medications, no questions asked. Injectables, intravenous drugs, creams, and syringes will not be accepted. 

Dublin residents are also encouraged to bring any type of documents containing personal or sensitive information to be professionally shredded onsite (maximum four boxes). Residents participating in the shredding event must provide a valid I.D. with a Dublin address. 

Additionally, bring your old electronics including computers, printers, smart phones, TVs, DVD players, VCRs, and old gaming systems for safe recycling.
