Whether you’re a master of twinkling lights, a fan of inflatables, or a first-time decorator eager to dazzle, this is your chance to showcase your festive spirit.
Each year, the City of Dublin hosts the "Deck the Homes" Holiday Home Decorating Contest to support those who create festive holiday displays around town. The City's Parks and Community Services Commission serves as contest judges and selects winners.
This year, we’re decking the halls with exciting categories to suit every decorating style:
- People’s Choice Award: Dazzle with the best use of lights and vibrant colors.
- Winter Wonderland Award: Create a holiday show with music, movement, and technology.
- Over-Inflated Award: Show off the most whimsical and fun use of inflatables.
- Deck the Halls Award: Make your apartment or balcony shine like never before.
- Dashing Debut Award: First-time decorators, this one’s for you!
- Spotlight Award: Judges' will choose their favorite overall display.
Winners will receive a special yard sign and a $50 gift certificate to a local business so that you can spread even more joy this season.
