Financial Disclosure

Requirements of Public Officials
Public officials who make or participate in making governmental decisions, which may have a foreseeable material effect on their financial interests, must file annual Statements of Economic Interests with the City Clerk. Certain public officials are required to file by state law as administered by the Fair Political Practices Commission, and other positions are listed in the City's Conflict of Interest Code. Once filed, these statements become public information and as such, may be reviewed and/or copied by any member of the public and/or press.
