The Small Business Navigator Program will provide small businesses in Dublin with access to timely technical support in key functional areas via qualified service providers. Through the Program, the City will match qualified consultants to local business owners to address an identified business need.
Consultants will provide eligible businesses with technical support in the following areas on an on-call basis:
Business Planning & Development
Marketing & Advertising
Architecture & Space Design
Technology Consulting
Broker Services
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training
Disaster Preparedness & Resiliency Planning
Graphic Design
Legal Services
Human Resources & Management
Financial Guidance
The program is anticipated to launch in April 2023.

Program Eligibility
Small Business Navigator program requests will be accepted on a first-come basis until funds are exhausted. The Program is open to all businesses that meet the following criteria:
Be physically located in the City of Dublin
Possess an active City of Dublin Business License
Be in good standing with the City
Be an independent company (not corporately owned)
Have less than 50 full-time employees

The City of Dublin issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Business Consulting Services on Thursday, January 12, 2023. Proposals are due via email (felicia.escover@dublin.ca.gov) no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 10, 2023. Late submittals will not be accepted.
