Located in the Irongate residential development, Clover Park and Sunrise Park were dedicated in October 2020. Clover Park is a two-acre park and features a playground, picnic area, and informal lawn area. A trail from Clover Park leads up to the adjacent Sunrise Park, featuring an overlook that provides expansive views of the Tri-Valley and Pleasanton Ridgeline.
In addition to the park's other amenities, Clover Park features public artwork entitled, "Arachnicat," by artist Colin Selig of Walnut Creek, California.
The artwork is a whimsical biomorphic sculpture emerging out of the adjacent riparian corridor. Arachnicat is designed for tactile human interaction with seating areas incorporated into its legs, and is extremely ecofriendly as it is made entirely from repurposed scrap propane tanks that are regionally sourced.
The park's art piece was commissioned by the City of Dublin.
