Park Features

Mape Memorial Park is located between San Sabana and Calle Verde streets, off of Mape Way. It sits on 2.6 acres of land.  Mape Park was named for Commander John Jack Clement Mape USN, who was Dublin's first casualty of the Vietnam War.

Note: Dogs are permitted on a leash.

Art Installation

The park also features public art commissioned by the City of Dublin.  "Archway," by Donna Billick and Troy Corliss, two mosaic artists from Davis, graces the park. The surface of the entire arch structure is covered with tiles created by the artists and members of the community. The overall design reflects the regional environmental elements found in and around the Tri-Valley area.
