Electric Scooter Rules:
- User must carry a valid driver's license
- Wear a helmet
- Ride at a maximum speed of 15 miles per hour
- Do NOT ride on sidewalks
- Ride alone
- Dismount and walk for left turns
- Abide by crosswalk regulations
- Follow ALL rules that apply to motor vehicles.
