A virtual meeting to discuss the future of the SCS Property in Dublin was held on Wednesday, August 25. The meeting included a presentation introducing the outreach process, and provided an overview of the property and background information. This was followed by three breakout rooms where a variety of land-use topics were discussed including regional context; public benefits; market demand; economics of development; connectivity; and housing. Approximately 40 Dublin residents and interested members of the public attended the meeting, as well as City staff and the consultant team. The meeting and the breakout rooms were recorded and have been posted on the outreach website: https://courbanize.com/projects/scsproperty/rsvp. The presentation and comments from the breakout rooms, provided via a virtual whiteboard, may also be downloaded from the website.
