Slainte Chugat - Health & Safety Measures

Slainte Chugat - Good Health to You!

The City of Dublin will continue to comply with all State and County Public Health requirements to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for all.

The St. Patrick's Day Celebration is considered an outdoor mega-event (5,000 or more people) by the State of California Public Health Department.

The CDPH recommends that all attendees ages 2 and older are:

  • Fully vaccinated or;
  • Have received a negative COVID-19 test
    • Conducted one day before with an antigen test
    • Conducted two days before with a PCR test

Use of Masks

While the St. Patrick's Day Celebration is largely an outdoor event, if you are unvaccinated, masks must be worn when entering indoor areas such as indoor restrooms and the Dublin Library.  For those taking the Festival shuttle, masks must be worn, regardless of vaccination status.
