Outdoor Operations Grant Program - Open
The Outdoor Operations Grant Program will help local eating establishments and retailers in Dublin that are looking to provide an outdoor area for dining or shopping. The program will reimburse a variety of eligible expenses related to long-term temporary or permanent outdoor operations incurred by the business. For the purpose of this program, long-term temporary is considered outdoor seating that is permitted until September 30, 2023, and permanent outdoor operations is outdoor seating that would extend beyond the September 30, 2023, timeframe, in perpetuity.

Commercial Rent Relief Grant Program - Closed
Small Businesses in Dublin may have been eligible to apply for a $10,000 grant through the City’s new Commercial Rent Relief Grant Program to aid in economic recovery by providing rent relief to those small businesses that were behind in rent payments due to temporary closures and/or limited-service options over the past 16 months.

Small Business Recovery Boost Grant Program - Closed
Small Businesses in Dublin may have been eligible to apply for a $10,000 grant through the City’s new Recovery Boost Grant Program to help local businesses that have had to shift or were shifting their operations to adhere with COVID-19 health & safety guidelines.

Small Business Emergency Microloan Program - Closed
To help mitigate the negative impact of COVID-19 on Dublin small businesses, the City Council established a Small Business Emergency Microloan Program to offer financial assistance to local small businesses, with a focus on retaining local restaurants and retailers in Dublin. The program provides zero-interest, unsecured, short-term loans of up to $10,000 to eligible Dublin small businesses and is intended to augment state and federal financial assistance programs.
