Drive Clean Bay Area is here to help you Electrify Your Ride. Sign up for our November EV Preferred Pricing Campaign, then join us for one of our free Zoom events covering the A to Z of making the switch to an EV. When you attend one of our Electrify Your Ride events, you'll receive priority placement, meaning you’ll be able to take advantage of the discounts a week in advance, which puts you at the front of the line for the limited supply of EVs. You won’t want to miss our special announcement about a special discount on one of the soon-to-be-released 2021 EVs.
California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project
California residents can get up to $7,000 for the purchase or lease of a new, eligible zero-emission or plug-in hybrid light-duty vehicle. Check out the project website for more information.
CHDC Vehicle Financing Project
The Community Housing Development Corporation (CDHC) runs a financial assistance program that offers Bay Area residents in disadvantaged communities the opportunity to purchase cleaner vehicles including hybrids and electric vehicles. For more information, visit the program website here.
PG&E Clean Fuel Rebate
PG&E customers with Electric Vehicles are eligible to receive a $500 Clean Fuel Rebate for their use of electricity as a clean transportation fuel. Learn more about the program and eligibility requirements here.
Air District's Vehicle Buyback Program
Get paid to turn in your working older car or small truck for scrapping! The Vehicle Buy Back Program will pay Bay Area residents $1,000 to turn in their operable, registered, 1996 or older vehicle for scrapping. Check out the program website and find out if you are eligible!
Federal Tax Credit for Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicles
