Farmers' Markets

The City is looking for volunteers to serve as Resource Recovery Ambassadors at the Dublin Farmers' Markets! To achieve goals in Dublin's Climate Action Plan 2030 and Beyond and California's Senate Bill 1383, the City of Dublin is working to reduce the amount of material sent to the landfill from our events. Volunteers will work at "Zero Waste Stations" where they will talk to community members about composting facts, the City's waste reduction goals, and the importance of proper sorting.

All levels of sustainability knowledge are welcome! We will provide resources prior to the events that will cover information related to resource recovery and tips for interacting with event attendees.

  • Volunteers can sign up for 2-4 hour shifts on any of the dates below.
  • Volunteers will receive Carrot Cash for use on locally sourced goods and produce from the Farmers' Market.
  • Volunteers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Volunteers must provide a volunteer waiver completed by themselves or parents or guardians.
