Housing Division

The Housing Division is managed by the Community Development Director and is supported by staff in the Community Development Department.

Responsibilities

The Community Development Director is directly responsible for providing staff support to the following activities:

• Administering and enforcing the City's Inclusionary Zoning Regulations Ordinance
• Marketing and administering Dublin's First Time Home Buyer Loan Program (FTHLP)
