The Dublin St. Patrick's Day Celebration festivities traditionally begin with the annual Green and White Gala hosted by the Dublin Sister City Association on Friday evening.  Guests and dignitaries from Dublin's Sister City, Bray Ireland will be welcomed at the event which will commence with an Irish Happy Hour at 6:00pm followed by dinner and dancing to live music.  Dress is cocktail attire.  Tickets are $60 per person and must be purchased in advance.  For tickets or more information contact Carol Satterthwaite (925) 829-4758.
