The Citizen Self-Service Portal (CSS) Portal is your one-stop shop for permits, application submittals, and business licenses, designed to enhance your experience and make interactions with us more efficient. The City of Dublin has prepared a series of How-to Guides to help you access and use the City's permitting and licensing system, which can be accessed here.
