Dublin marks the end of summer with a colorful burst of food, wine, art and music at Emerald Glen Park. This year's event -- our fifth Splatter festival -- is Saturday, September 17, noon- 8 p.m.  Admission and parking are free.

Food & Wine
New for 2016, the Splatter Tasting Pavilion will be replaced by open-air Tasting Gardens, which are open to all. Sample fine wines and great beers from local wineries and breweries and delicious food from specialty food vendors, restaurants and food trucks.  Come and go from the Tasting Gardens shade tents at your convenience. Purchase tickets for wine and beer from one of the Dublin Rotary Club booths and exchange at winery and brewery booths for tastes or full glasses. Purchase tasting portions or full-size portions directly from the food vendors of your choice. Check out these great Tasting Garden menu items.

Art & Entertainment

Our main stage features a lively, diverse line-up of music and dance groups during the afternoon, followed by an evening concert/community dance party. Discover singer-songwriters at the Side Yard Stage, and learn cooking tips from Master Chefs at the Culinary stage. Look for roaming entertainers, interactive art activities and art demonstrations throughout the festival, and shop at the arts and crafts booths. Splatter also features silly carnival games and fun rides.  Check out the schedule.

Get Involved

Community groups and individuals are always welcome to volunteer at Splatter. We encourage restaurants, wineries, breweries, packaged foods and arts and craft vendors to apply to be a festival vendor. Or apply to be a sponsor and make a lasting impression with 10,000 foodies, wine enthusiasts  and music, dance and art enthusiasts of all ages.
